How to Stop Wordpress Hackers

Wordpress is great but we all know that given its popularity / open source code - it attracks hackers like a kid to candy.

Here is great plugin - while not totally fool proof is definitely worth installing:

WordPress Firewall Plugin » SEO Egghead
It is great because it does work with older versions of Wordpress. So you don't have to upgrade your Wordpress blog just for security reasons - and are lazy like me.

I have been using this for the past week or so it has stopped Many attacks of various different kinds. I especially appreciate the email notification feature which gives you and idea of how popular your blog is with hackers. Thanks for the excellent tool.
