I was reading Search Engine Land and it appears that search wiki has been officially launched:

Google SearchWiki Launches, Lets You Build Your Own Search Results Page

In effect, it is a further extension of personalizing your Google search when you log into Google. For now no effect on true Google rankings

, just more data for Google.
