This is an interesting read from TechCrunch:
Is the Google Toolbar a Trojan Horse for Ad Targeting? (Ballmer Plays The Privacy Card). Is Google using the Google Toolbar to better serve ads using Adwords? Is this an invasion of privacy? At the very least they should disclose the fact that they are. At some point, the government will have to step to control the domination of Google over search. Or another disruptive technology needs to step into the fray.

google...hmm...after reading the article i tried to convince myself that the google bar is an add-on, invading our privacy. and i have used KIS 7. Smart program. It was detected as an add-on and it was quarantined. try the program and see for yourselves.
