Does vBSEO Work?

I have read many posts, review and comments about vBSEO. I have keep on the sidelines for a long time but after Aaron Wall from SEOBook recommended I decided to jump on it.

Here are some initial indexing stats prior to going to vBSEO:

Ratio: 17.1% (the higher the percentage the better so the theory goes)

I don't have pure just forum stats but I'll check to see if there is an uptick on my forum traffic. I check my stats daily so I'll know pretty easily. I'll add Google Analytics tonight.
