So all looks good - but my previous rankings have not recovered. So I am not sure if vbSEO was well spent money for my particular site. Oh well, I will have to keep since I don't want to go through the forums to get re-index under the older urls.

I am seeing better traffic overall but I really don't know if that is strictly related to vbSEO - it probably helped in my opinion. And my rankings are coming back finally.
