SEO for Firefox Plugin
If you have read my post on how I use SEO Elite for competitive research, then you also need to use Aaron's plugin for Firefox. It is a must have for competitive research.
I use it to quickly to see the age of the sites and the number of backlinks each competitive site has. Great visual gauge to see how competitive a particular niche is. I use all the time for checking up on expired domains also.

I agree with your information and thanks for that and moreover for the additional plug-in and add-ons get it form the Firefox website and just update everything.
