Password

Hi. I just signed up earlier today. I got a counter & put it on my blog no problem. This was all earlier, I didn't need a password to get the counter, just a user ID. It said a password would be mailed, it wasn't, I checked my spam too. Anyway, I went on about my business & now I'm coming back to check the site out. I never received a password earlier so I just click on forgot password for one to be mailed. Again I'm not getting anything. Before it said it was going to be mailed it said:

I kind of remember seeing this message earlier when I signed up.
Any ideas?

Update: This issue has been resolved. We had to reboot a few services. Sorry about the inconvenience. Just ask for your password and it will work now.
