counter advance

The counter I have downloaded advances 1 at every page change, not on the numbers that have hit the site

Just so I understand on every page refresh you counter advances by 1. Hmm, they should not happen. I'll check your account assuming that gslmech is the same userid for the counter login.

Update:
I checked out the stats for your site. I appears that one person went to several pages and each time the counter considered it a unique visit. Most likely cookies have been disabled on the that client's machine.
