New counter design...chance?

I read the above post about how it's on hold, but then I saw inside of the hosting is on hold... is there any chance for a custom counter...? If not, cool...I just wanted to try. :-D

Anything that has to do with penguins--as I'd like to use a variation of the Linux penguin--would be good, but nothing on the kiddish side of penguins. i.e. I don't want the Kid Cuisines penguin. lol...
