Phld directroy

hello all,

i want to be owner for 1 directory like 2BZD Directory so i planned to buy from phld.but i have some doubts please clarify
1) how will we get( means with hosting and all we will get or only files will get and we need to buy domain and host our self)
2) they will instructions for some one submitted listing in our directory what we need to do approve and all

3) please let me know any other details regarding this
