Stiff Neck

Does anybody know how to cure a stiff neck?

I don't know how :?: . I always takes me a few days to get over it too. Usually sleep helps for me.

I hate :evil: getting a stiff neck too. It is so noticable to others as I try to turn my head.

yep ,
massages help.......my dad is a qualified; reiki, indian head and thai massage person and he does it part time along with beig a design enginer person
