Default Diet Soda = More Weight Gain

Well I guess I should stop drinking those diet Cokes now :
Quote:
A University of Texas Health Science Center survey in 2005 found that people who drink diet soft drinks may actually gain weight; in that study, for every can of diet soda people consumed each day, there was a 41% increased risk of being overweight.

Soda is so bad for you in general. In elementary school a student did a science experiment and used soda to clean metals....and you put that in your body gross!

Default Please Help, I Need To Lose Weight

This might not be the most appropriate category for this subject, but since weight loss is a global pandemic, I was pretty sure that there is going to perhaps be several guys or women in this forum, who have gone through any weight loss plans at all. If you have any knowledge whatsoever please share.

I am in particular unsure on which diet item to choose, as there are so several choices in the market. The latest hypes on Oprah like hoodia gordonii or acai berry don't make this issue any easier. I really don't know where to begin, should I get an exact weight loss plan, routine of exercises...All I do know is that a change is needed. And this alteration needs to take place now.
