For all the dieters out there, but there are a number of hypothetical questions: Does diet soda cause weight gain? The answer is a bit complicated, but in general can be said that diet soda drinkers may actually gain weight. This does not mean you can not answer this question lead to weight gain and diet soda once in the affirmative. But there are some diet drink consumption and obesity among the more relevant risks. If you maintain a healthy diet, then this problem is not diet soft drinks lead to weight gain.

The American Dietetic Association says there's no conclusive evidence that diet sodas directly cause weight gain.
