Simple Reports are Better

Now I know that you can use Google Analytics or more advanced reporting and web analytics but I would venture to say for more bloggers and webmasters that it can be overkill. You can lost in the stream of data and often if it easy to come to different conclusions as you sift through the data.

I use my counter stats for Branica and look at it daily (sometimes) multiple times a day to get a feel for how my site is doing and how I can improve it. Sort of like stock ticker reading.

As you read the stats, keep in mind of where people are flowing to and where you want people to goto. And then you can prioritize your future content for your site.
