Using the PLR articles as content for our websites....will it be a good practice? Does it have any problems with Search Engines?

Well it depends. Google will probably filter the content as duplicate unless you make some changes to the content. I would only suggest using it as is for testing purposes or perhaps for arbitrage.

Just an quick update here on using plr or private label articles. The site in question is now making over $200 per month.
 And I have been neglecting it due to other projects. I guess it is time for me to get more articles attached to the site now! I am attaching an updated graph of the results so far. It did take some time but I really haven't put too much work into the site at all after 2 months of some lite promotion!
